After not seeing progress for 6 months going to the gym herself, it was time for a change "I took initiative once I realized I was not going to be able to pass the physical part of the firefighter exam unless I pushed myself hard. Once I did my first session with you I was able to see my full potential when you helped push me through the difficult workouts and not get frustrated when I wasn’t able to do a full set. "
